MKHWANAZI KHANYILE ATTORNEYS- INC. is a 100% black youth owned and managed law firm that is serving individuals, companies and public interest organizations, and will subsidize its public interest work with local companies that provide specialized legal advices which addresses the specific needs of its clients. Our office is situated in 21 Joe Slovo Street, Zumaysha House Suite 906, 9th Floor, Durban 4001.

Firm Partners
Ayanda Mkhwanazi
Ayanda Brilliant Mkhwanazi is a Legal Practitioner. He is also the co-founder of Mkhwanazi Khanyile Attorneys; he is half shareholder of the black owned law firm based in Durban, South Africa. Before venturing on his own, he worked as Legal Consultant at B.M Legal Consultants, he then went on to join S.P Mncwango and Company as a Candidate Attorney. After completion of his articles as a Candidate he worked as a Litigating Attorney at S.P Mncwango and Company.
Ayanda’s experience also includes drafting and reviewing of general commercial contract and general documents and advising on settlement agreement pertaining to claim dispute. Ayanda is also an admitted Attorney of High Court of South Africa.
SIZWE KHANYILE
Sizwe Khanyile is an admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court of South Africa. He is half shareholder of the black owned law firm and a co-founder of Mkhwanazi Khanyile Attorneys, which based in Durban. He graduated with an LLB Degree from the University of Zululand. He served as a Candidate Attorney at S.P Mncwango and Company. He specializes in civil litigation, property/land law and labour matters.
Sizwe is a focused hardworking individual with professional etiquette and very attentive at-tention to detail. He has wide experience in drafting of legal documents this includes but not limited to drafting of settlement agreements, drafting purchase and sale agreements as well as court pleadings.
